Designed for dispensing light materials, this welded steel unit features an adjustable locking latch. To use, slip the band over a drum and tighten the lock to secure the band around the belly of the drum. 1000-lb. capacity. 34.6in.L x 25.2in.W x 3.2in.H. Long-lasting powder-coat finish resists rust.
