This Strongway™ Mobile Drum Carrier is designed to move, rotate, tilt and drain fully loaded steel or 210L plastic drums. Locking handle locks drum, so it is easy to pour from or to position vertically or horizontally. When locking handle is released, drum can be rotated to stir contents.
