Tommy docks Foot pad secures your dock's pipe firmly to the lake bottom to prevent settling. Tommy docks 8" diameter, 10-gauge steel dock pipe pad/base. Gray polyester powder coat paint for superior rust protection. Attaches firmly to the bottom of the dock post pipe. For use with 1.25" pipe which has an outside diameter of 1.66".
