The 1-1/8" wall plank thickness is the same used in many full size garden sheds. The floor, wall and roof material is 3/4" thick chemical-free solid Tongue and Groove wood. Not OSB or particle board which warp and break if exposed to weather. Concerned about the assembly? No worries. Even if you are not the designated handyperson of the household, you will certainly look like one after spending approximately 4 hours that it takes to assemble this playhouse.
