The Univex 1000M Premium SeriesTM manual slicer is built of aluminum. Its 13-inch knife blade quickly cuts meat and cheese and adjusts from 0 to 0.875 inches in thickness. A built-in sharpener helps the consumer to easily prepare it for slicing through the product again when the blade dulls. Users are shielded from the blade by an edge protector. An on/off push button starts the Univex 1000M manual slicer.
