This Univex1000S PremiumTM Series automatic slicer, operated by a belt, is a heavy-duty system with three carriage speeds and three stroke lengths in automatic meat and cheese slicing mode. The 13-inch blade diameter cuts goods as wide as 7⁄8 inches in different thicknesses. The unit has a built-in slicing counter to keep track of the volume sliced.
