Warranty policy
· In accordance with the warranty policy, POGME’s warranty provides repairs for your POGME smart scale, including parts
replacement, for one year from the date of purchase.
· In case of any inquiries about your POGME product, please contact customer support with your serial number, date and
place of purchase ready. Your serial number can be found on the panel on the back of POGME.
· You must register the serial number via email. It will prove your ownership in case of an insurance claim and allow you to
receive notification for important issues.
· Warranty cannot be guaranteed in case serial number and basic information are not registered.
Warranty Policy Terms
Term of warranty: one-year limited warranty
· In case the product is found to be defective in workmanship, material, or functionally, within one year from the date of
purchase or delivery, depending on 10pple’s discretion, you might be qualified for replacement of the product or part. In
case of obsolescence, interchangeable parts with equivalent functionality will be provided.
· Warranty will only be applied within the territory of the country of purchase.
· You must provide your serial number by email and provide proof of purchase or shipping (original documents, all pertinent
documents and original package boxes) prior to making a claim for the repair of your POGME under warranty.
Warranty exclusions
· Warranty does not apply in the following cases.
1 Wears caused by normal usage. i.e. browning, LCD screen damage, reset clip damage etc.
2 Accidental damage or malfunction caused by incompliant careless use, abusive use, neglectful actions, or
incautious operation or handling.
3 When used for any purpose other than general home use.
4 Assembling or installation incompliant with the manual.
5 Use of unauthentic parts or components.
6 Wrongful installation or storage.
7 Repair or modification performed by unauthorized parties.

Warranty Summary
· Warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase or delivery (if delivery comes later). Serial number registration
via email is required for valid warranty.
· All maintenance work will be done by 10pple or authorized dealers.
