IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS Extreme caution must be used when moving a pressure cooker containing hot liquids. Never move the pressure cooker when in operation. Lock the Lid in place for pressure cooking programs to build pressure. Leave the Lid off when using Saute. An Error code "Lid" will appear on LED screen if the Lid is out of locked position when positioned. While cooking under pressure, you will not be able to open the Lid until all pressure is released.

GETTING STARTED *Pay attention to all warning labels before removing packing materials from the appliance. *Read all safety instructions found in this manual before plugging in and using the unit. 1. Carefully unpack the device. 2. Remove all packaging, paper, and cardboard (including any located between the Removable Inner Pot and Heating Plate) that may interfere with the use of the appliance. 3. Open the Lid by following the instructions below. Reverse the instructions to Lock. 4.
GETTING STARTED Initial Test Run (Water Test) 1. Add 3 cups of water to the Removable Inner Pot. 2. Close the Lid and lock in place. 3. Turn Steam Release Handle to the ‘Sealing’ position. 4. Select the STEAM program. 5. Press the “Start” button and adjust steaming time to 2 minutes. The program will be start. 6. Steam will release until the Float Valve is up. Once program is done, turn Steam Release Handle to ‘Venting’ to quick release pressure.
COOKING TIPS Safety First • Extreme caution should be taken when moving the Steam Release handle to Venting Position immediately after cooking. Keep hands and face away from the Steam Release Valve. • Do not open the Lid until pressure inside the cooker is completely released. As a safety feature, until the Float Valve drops down, the Lid is locked and cannot be opened. Do not force Lid open. • When opening the Lid, the Inner Pot may adhere to the Lid.
PRESSURE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Add ingredients to the Removable Inner Pot. DO NOT add ingredients to the Cooker Base. Note: The minimum amount of liquid needed for cooking is 2 cups (160ml/cup) unless otherwise directed by the recipe. Acceptable liquids include water, wine, beer, stock, broth, and juice. WARNING: Pay careful attention to the maximum fill line for different types of food. Do not fill the Removable Inner Pot more than 2/3 full.
PRESSURE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 4. Plug in the pressure cooker. The LED screen will light up and displays ’----’, indicating that the cooker is in standby mode ready to be turned on. A sound will also notify the user that the pressure cooker is powered on. 5. Select a preset pressure cooking program(Poultry/Meat stew/Bean Chili/Soup Broth/Rice/Multi-Grain/ Porridge/Pressure cook/Steam/Egg/Cake/Yogurt). The selected program indicator light will be on. 6.
NON-PRESSURE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Saute This function allows you to Saute or simmer ingredients inside the Removable Inner Pot. If additional searing is needed, simply restart the Saute process. 1. Place the Removable Inner Pot into the Cooker Base. 2. Plug in the pressure cooker. The LED will display ----, indicating that the cooker is in standby mode. 3. Select the Saute function, LED screen will show preset time 30:00 flashing. By pressing the +/- button, time can be changed from 1:00 to 30:00 minutes.
PRESSURE RELEASE METHODS QUICK RELEASE: This method releases pressure in the form of steam in just a couple of minutes. When cooking has finished, you can release the built-up pressure manually by turning the Steam Release Handle to the “Venting” position. Always be cautious, using protective gloves or a long utensil as a stream of hot steam will shoot out of the valves. Once steam no longer escapes from the vent and the Float Valve has dropped, you can now carefully open the Lid away from you.
PRESSURE COOKWARE ADJUSTABLE SETTINGS SETTING INSTRUTIONS TIPS The settings below can be adjusted after a cooking program is selected. Some settings cannot be changed once cooking starts. LESS, NORMAL, MORE MODE Repeatedly press the manual button to switch between Less, Normal, More. ADJUST COOK TIME Press “+/-” button to adjust cooking time by 10-minute / 1-hour increments for the Keep Warm & Delay Start programs; Adjusts times by 1-minute increments for other programs.
PRESSURE COOKWARE DELAY START This function enables the cooker to start cooking at a preferred time, instead of immediately. The program can be delayed for up to 24 hours and is adjusted in 10 minute or in 1hour intervals. Set the delay time after choosing a cooking program. Note: The Delay Start function is not available on the Saute, Keep Warm settings.

AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS 1. Unplug the cord from the wall socket. 2. Take off the pressure cooker lid from the pot and put on the air fryer lid. 3. Plug the plug into the air fryer lid and then plug into the wall outlet. 4. The LED panel will show standby mode ‘----‘ and pause, menu, start button. 5. Press the ‘menu’ button to select the different function(chips, fish, shrimp, pizza, beef, BBQ, chicken leg), the selected function logo will flash. Each function has its own preset temperature and time.

CARE & CLEANING The Sealing Ring, Basket and Steam Rack are dishwasher safe. The Measuring Cup, Ladle, and Rice Paddle are top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand wash is recommended for best results. Note: Never use harsh chemical detergents, scouring pads or powders on any of these parts or components. Always unplug the pressure cooker and air fryer and allow it to cool thoroughly before cleaning. Dry thoroughly before use. 1. Inner Pot and Lid: Wash with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse with clear water.
CARE & CLEANING Storage: Unplug the appliance. Make sure that the Cooker Base, Heating disk, Inner pot, Lid, Steam Release handle, and Condensation Collector, Basket,Rack are dry and clean. You may store all additional accessories inside the Removable Inner Pot for easy and compact storage. Store on a flat, dry level surface out of reach of children. Remove and install the Steam Release Valve Removal: Simply lift it up.
TROUBLE SHOOTING OF PRESSURE COOKER The issues in the following tables do not always indicate a faulty cooker. Please examine the cooker carefully before contacting the support. TROUBLE SHOOTING OF PRESSURE COOKER The float doesn’t rise The silicone gasket is out of place. Add water and ingredients according to the recipe, doubling if necessary. Never exceed max fill lines. The float is obstructed by the lid locking pin - the lid is not closed correctly. Re-position lid to lock properly in place. TROUBLE SHOOTING OF PRESSURE COOKER In certain rare situations every program button light will flash simultaneously, and a code will appear on your LED screen.
