SAFETY FEATURES OF PRESSURE COOKER
Our Electric Pressure Cooker is equipped with a multi-level safety and protection system. If the temperature or
pressure inside the pot ever exceeds the safety limits, this system will automatically interrupt the cooking cycle
and only resume once the pressure and temperature are back to normal levels.
1. Safety Lid Lock: Prevents accidental opening while the cooker is pressurized. Pressure will not build if
the Lid is not shut correctly and has not sealed.
2. Exhaust Valve: Has an extended handle and is designed to keep hands away from the top of the valve.
Use protective gloves or a utensil to prevent burns.
3. Excess Pressure Protection: Stop pressurize while there is excess pressure to maintain safe pressure level.
4. Pressure Regulator Protection: Regulates pressure based on type of program being selected.
5. Automatic Pressure Control: Maintains safe range of pressure levels.
6. Anti-Block Shield: Design prevents food debris from blocking the vent.
7. Lid Close Detection: Uses a magnetic sensor to monitor whether the Lid is in the Locked position for
pressure cooking.
8. Automatic Temperature Control: Regulates temperature based on the type of program being selected.
9. Extreme Temperature & Power Protection: Fuse cuts o power to the cooker if the current or internal
temperature exceeds safety limits.
10. High Temperature Warning: Pressure cooker turns itself o with an error code on LED screen to avoid
burning foods if temperature is too high.
