BURGLARY PROTECTION
Whenyoursystemwassetupbyyourinstaller,wirelesssensorswereplacedtomonitor
specificdoorsandwindows.Theinstallerselectedthesedoorsandwindowsaslikelyplaces
whereanunlawful intrusionmightoccurandcouldbedetected.Eachsensorwas
programmedtohavethesystemreactinaspecific
way.See"InstallerProgrammedOptions"
onpage40forspecificsabouteachsensor.
Somesensortypes(suchassmokedetectors,carbonmonoxidedetectors,panicbuttons,etc.)
arealwaysactiveandcantriggeranalarmatanytime.Othersensorsonprotecteddoorsand
windowsarepartoftheburglaryprotectionpartofthesystem,andcanbeturnedonoroff.
Turningontheburglaryprotectionpartofthesecuritysystemiscalled“Armin gtheSystem. ”
Theburglaryprotectionpartofthesystemcanbearmedintwomodes:StaymodeorAway
mode.

IMPORTANT: Securitysystemsinstalledinacommerciallocationareforuseonlyasaburglar

complies
withUL1610.Forcommercialinstallations(UL1610),onlyonemethodof
communicationistobeused.ThismethodofcommunicationisaCellRadioModule.
