4. Select the Edit icon for Gateway and enter the

desired Gateway Address.

5. Select the Edit icon for DNS Server and enter the

desired DNS Server Address.

6. Tap Conﬁ gure Network Settings.

Network Test

Testing the Broadband network connection

1. Navigate to the Installer Toolbox menu and tap

Network Test.

2. Tap Start.

3. The Network test will run:

If successful green dots will appear under each test:

LAN, Internet, and Backend.

If a failure is detected a red dot will appear under

the test.

LAN – Connection to Local Network

Internet – Connection to Internet

Backend – Connection to Alarm.com

NOTE: Correct any network issues to resolve

broadband connectivity

4. Tap to return to Installer Toolbox
