Prefix Function No.: -
A prefix identifying the call type (GSM, trunk call, free call, etc.). "Other numbers"
line is used for calls with prefixes that are not included in the table.

Call enable Function No.: -
This parameter allows/bars calls with prefixes included on the same line.
Setting options: YES/NO

Number length Function No.: -
The parameter defines the expected length of a number with a prefix included on
the same line. This enables to start dialing into a GSM network immediately after
the last digit is dialed. If the telephone number to be dialed is shorter, a timeout
is respected. The "0" setting means that the function is disabled.

End with # Function No.: -
This parameter enables to establish the call when a # is received. The # character
is removed from the dialed number. If a # should be part of the dialed number,
this function cannot be used for the given prefix.

The Remove parameter is used for automatic call routing. A defined count of digits
(prefix) is removed from the number beginning.

The Add parameter is used for automatic call routing. A defined string (prefix) is
added to the beginning of the number to be dialed.
Setting options: 0-8 characters (0-9,*,#,+)
