Buttons
T HE N AVIGATION A RROWS
The NAVIGATION ARROW buttons provide an alternate selection method to the front panel selection
knob and are similarly used to:
• Navigate between drive, directory and cut levels
• Select audio files (Cuts) for playback or editing
• Select from different values in a menu
• Select units for editing operations
• Move the cursor during naming operations
T HE ENTER B UTTON
The ENTER button is used to:
• Confirm, execute, or continue an operation
• Answer “Yes” to a query from the display
• Save a playlist
T HE EXIT B UTTON
The EXIT button is used to:
• Exit from a menu
• Cancel or abort an operation
• Answer “No” to a query from the display
On keyboards, the Escape [ESC] key is the equivalent to the EXIT button.
T HE DRIVES B UTTON
The DRIVES button is used to immediately display a drive selection list. The button illuminates when the
display is at the Drives level.
T HE DIRS B UTTON
The DIRS button is used to immediately display a list of all available directories on the current drive. The
button illuminates when the display is at the Directory level.
T HE FILES B UTTON
The FILES button is used to immediately display a scrollable list of all available files in the current
directory. The button illuminates when the display is at the Files level.
