Use the undo pim ipv6 holdtime assert command to restore the default
setting.
By default, the assert timeout time is 180 seconds.
Related command: holdtime join-prune (IPv6 PIM view), pim ipv6 holdtime join-prune, and
holdtime assert (IPv6 PIM view).
Example # Set the assert timeout time to 100 seconds on Ethernet 1/0.

Parameter interval: Join/prune timeout time in seconds, with an effective range of 1 to
65,535.
Description Use the
pim ipv6 holdtime join-prune command to configure the join/prune
timeout time on the interface.
Use the
undo pim ipv6 holdtime join-prune command to restore the default
setting.
By default, the join/prune timeout time is 210 seconds.
