Syntax ttl propagate { public | vpn }
undo ttl propagate { public | vpn }

Parameter public: Enables MPLS IP TTL propagation for public network packets.
vpn: Enables MPLS IP TTL propagation for VPN packets.
Description Use the
ttl propagate command to enable MPLS IP TTL propagation for either
public network packets or VPN packets.
Use the
undo ttl propagate command to disable the function.
By default, MPLS IP TTL propagation is enabled for only public network packets.
Related command: ttl expiration.
