3M-Matic
Fully Automatic Random Case Sealer
2000rf…precise case closure for high speed production
For a high volume line with random
case sizes or where different lines
converge for sealing, the 3M-Matic
Fully Automatic Random Case Sealer
2000rf features the “brains” and speed
for maximum throughput capabilities.
Sensors at the case in-feed signal an
Allen Bradley PLC (Programmable
Logic Controller) to automatically
adjust for differing case sizes. 3-stage
operation first separates cases from a
flooded line with automatic gating
mechanism, secondly folds all four
top flaps, and finally seals the top and
bottom at up to 20 cases per minute.
You can have a different size case at
each stage and it’s about a 3-second
trip from indexing gate to exit.
Dimensions adjust automatically
for a wide range of typical cases:
Length: 10-24"
Width: 8-20"
Height: 6-20"
Custom engineered to meet your
exacting specifications including
variations in case size, weight, and
operator orientation.
Compact footprint saves floor space.
