CASE SEALER 100A
BOTTOM BELT DRIVE
Designed for lighter-duty case sealing operations, the semi-automatic
100a is user-friendly and compact; yet, at up to 30 cases per minute,
it’s fast enough for many single-shift operations. It’s easily adjustable
for different size case runs. Features of the 3M-Matic Bottom
Drive Belt Case Sealer 100a include 3M’s advanced, low-impact
AccuGlide
™
II taping heads with curvilinear tracks; dual masts for
extra stability and uniform height adjustment; a height adjustment
crank; adjustable side guides; and a sturdy bottom belt drive
mechanism with easy-to-install laced replacement belts.

BOTTOM BELT DRIVE
The 200a is a durable, dependable way to meet basic case sealing
needs. It seals up to 30 cases per minute and features a gearmotor
drive for heavy duty performance, plus quick box height/width
adjustment for added versatility. Other features include 3M’s patented
AccuGlide
™
II taping heads; a unique alternate outboard tape roll
mount for the lower head; compression rollers that position each
box for precise tape sealing; friction brake tape roll drums;
easy-to-install laced replacement belts; and dual masts with
twin lead screws for extra stability and to allow for uniform
height adjustment.
