CASE SEALER 800R
SIDE BELT DRIVE
The 800r features side belt drives that easily handle assorted size
cases, even as narrow as 4.25" [110 mm]. It seals up to 15
cases/minute, automatically adjusting to each case, so you can
seal multiple sizes with one machine — without sealing by hand or
stopping for adjustments. Other features include AccuGlide
™
II
taping heads for precise tape application; repositionable masts
for different height ranges; gearmotor drives; frame-mounted upper
tape drum; dual crossbar mounting; roller top deck; electrically
interlocked punched steel sideguards; instructional and safety
labeling; electrical on/off switch and centrally located stop switch.

The 800rks seals super-size cases — up to 30" wide by 50"
high — at a rate of up to 10 per minute. Matched upper and
lower side belt drives ensure that each box is aligned for accurate
tape placement. And AccuGlide
™
II low-impact taping heads provide
precise, accurate seals. Other features include frame-mounted
tape drum; adjustable cylinder stop; electrically interlocked
punched steel sideguards; pneumatic box stop; stop switches
and instructional and safety labeling.
