When the two sides are pressed together,
hundreds of stiff hooks mesh with pliable
loops for quick closure, just pull apart to open.

When the two sides are pressed together,
hundreds of mushroom-shaped stems
interlock with a “snap” announcing the
fastener is engaged. Compared to hook and
loop, tensile strength is up to 5x greater.
