Table Settings Button
The Table Settings button opens a dialog box that allows you to choose which columns are
displayed in the table on the Locate a Scan screen.
Select the check box next to the column headings you would like to see, and then tap Close to
enable your changes.
Column heading descriptions are as follows:
Name - the scan's name, as entered by the user (or
as generated by the system during one touch scans)
Description - the scan's description, as entered by
the user
Comment - system-generated text that displays what
reconstruction action is taking place
Operator Name - the employee's name or number,
as entered by the user
Scan Location - the name of the data drive on which
the scan is stored
Scan Type - the type and quality of scan
Date Created - the date the scan was created
