Enter the other default settings to conduct full scanning and viewing procedures. The scan energy
determines the strength of the X-rays. The resolution setting determines the quality of your scans.
High-resolution scans produce more data (or lines per millimeter) but require a longer processing
time.
Note: You must set the default scan settings for each stage for wish you wish to perform One
Touch Scans.
Save Button
If you would like to save your preview (or scout) image, tap the save button and a copy of it will
be saved on the active data drive.
Note: You may find all saved scans through the Locate a Scan component.
Restore Button
Tap the Restore button to reset the settings to their original state.
Submit Trouble Ticket Button
Trouble tickets help IMTEC technical support staff to diagnose and correct any problems you may
encounter when using Sprite. These tickets contain not only your description of the problem, but
also additional internally generated system/process information.
To create a trouble ticket, tap the Submit Trouble Ticket button.
