Export Ticket
To save the ticket to another drive (to transfer it to another workstation, for example), choose the
drive from the list. (Be sure you have connected the drive to one of the available USB ports.)
Keep a Local Copy of Ticket
Tickets saved to the current active drive can be retrieved by a technician to assess any problems.
To save the ticket to the active drive tap/select the box next to Keep a local copy.
Submit Button
Tap the Submit button to save and/or export the trouble ticket.
Reset Processing Engine Button
IMTEC recommends creating a trouble ticket and contacting technical support to efficiently
resolve software and hardware problems.
This specific system repair service applies to the FlashCT data processing software system. It is
available but should be used only after speaking with tech support.
