Status Light and Message
The light bulb indicates the status of the mechanical and hardware system. Combined with the
text message, it alerts you the status of the machine and relays any errors. The bulb can be one
of four colors.
Red Light – an error has occurred
Yellow Light – the system is scanning, assessing itself, or otherwise busy
Green Light – the system is ready and properly running
Gray Light – the system is waiting for an assessment or no data has been found
Tap the status light (or message) to access the Hardware Status screen.
Note: If any light bulbs are illuminated in any color but green or yellow, please contact technical
support.
