Battery Storage
When the battery is not in use, charge the battery until it is full, and then store the battery in a
cool place. Ensure that the battery is charged bi-annually.
Do not leave the battery on prolonged charge when not in use.
Store the battery within the temperature range of -10°C to 40°C. Optimum battery storage is
20
°C. Keep the batteries and cells clean and dry. Avoid storing the battery pack in direct
sunlight.
After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the battery
several times to obtain maximum performance.

Storing a battery that has depleted can damage the battery.
Battery Disposal
To properly dispose of the battery, follow local solid waste disposal regulations. 3M Personal
Safety Division has partnered with Call2Recycle to help ensure that the rechargeable batteries
within our products are recycled properly. To assist you in using this service consult
