Support
Both basic and advanced users can access the support tab. Basic users,
however, are restricted on what they can do. They can view support and
system information and initiate support contacts. Their authority to modify the
system configuration is restricted to changing the operation mode. Advanced
users, on the other hand, have all basic user privileges and they can make
extensive modifications to the configuration as well.

Use the
Your System
section to view and edit
information about the SelfCheck system.
Detailed System Status
Link to detailed system information.
Library Name
The name of the library as it will appear on the customer
screens.
System Name
A unique name for the SelfCheck system that
distinguishes it from other SelfCheck systems. For
example, you might call it “Children’s Area SelfCheck
System.”
Circulation System
The brand name of the circulation system.
