Blocked Customers
This section enables you to do the following:
Create a list of customers who will not be allowed
to use the SelfCheck system when it is unable to
communicate with the ILS.
Delete customers from the blocked customer list
Edit an entry on the blocked customer list.
To Create a blocked customer list

Click the plus sign (+).

Add an ID to the
Customer ID
field.
