Receipt Problems
Receipt will not print

Receipt does not print the desired information
Verify that the receipt configuration in the
Receipt
tab has the correct
information.
Receipts are printed in the wrong language
In the
Language
dialog box, verify that the desired language is selected.
In the
Receipt
tab, verify that the default receipt language is set to the
desired language.
In the
Receipt
tab, verify that a receipt for the desired language has
been created.
Receipt information does not fit properly
Make sure that the desired font and font size are selected in the
Receipt
tab. The font and the font size selected in the
Header and Footer Text
area affect the entire receipt.
If the problem is in the header or footer, create new line breaks to
rearrange the text.
Scanner problems
If you are having scanning problems, the following table may provide some
solutions.
Possible cause Solutions
The scanner reads poorly. Clean the scanner lens with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
The barcode can’t be read properly because
it is faded or dirty.
Replace the barcode with a clean, good quality barcode.
A bright light is shining on or reflecting from
the barcode.
Remove or shade the light.
The wrong scanner position is indicated on
the user interface
In the Advanced
Workflow
tab, select the correct scanner
mounting location.
The barcode symbology is not recognized. In the
Devices
tab, add the symbology used in the barcode.
