Image Condition Solution
Not Enough Pressure
The user did not apply enough
pressure. As a result, the image
looks very light and some of the
surrounding areas are not
captured.
The user should apply moderate but
steady pressure; about the same
pressure as pressing a button on a
telephone.
Too much Pressure
The user is applying too much
pressure on the sensor. This
distorts the fingerprint image
and will make it difficult to
identify in the future.
