Check that there are no errors shown in the top right hand corner. This error has been
caused by the scanner not being connected:

Go to the Settings Option and select “Data to Send”, it will bring up a configuration box.
Set it up so that it looks like the image below and press OK.

Check that the scanner is enabled by using the State option as shown below.
