3M manufactures a broad assortment of Stikit, Hookit™
and Hookit II™ discs for use with dust evacuation
systems. These products are available in a full range of
backings, minerals and grades to provide you with
maximum value and productivity for all dust free
systems. Advantages include.

abrasive life, fewer changes and overall cost savings
3M Stikit sheet rolls are long continuous strips of
abrasive with PSA adhesive applied to the back of the
material. This product form is recommended for spot
hand sanding applications where an individual Stikit
disc is normally used. The operator simply pulls out a
strip of adhesive backed abrasive, applies it to a hand
block or sheet sander and starts working. The
advantages of Stikit Sheet Rolls are as follows:
• Full utilization of the abrasive saves money over
the use of individual discs, since there is no excess
material hanging over the edges of the sanding
block
• More economical than hand sanding with individual
Stikit discs
• When used with a 3M hand block, also eliminates
hand sanding problems such as splinters and
finger marks
3M Stikit refill rolls are specially coiled sheets of
coated abrasive with adhesive backing designed to
work with 3M Stikit sanding blocks. Each coil of
coated abrasive fits neatly inside the end of a specially
designed sanding block. As the coated abrasive wears
out, simply release the adhesive, pull out fresh
abrasive, and re-stick to the block.
