system.
Call3MTechnicalSupportoryourlocal3Moffice.
Tagscanning/readingproblems
Ifyouknowthatascannerorreaderisfunctioningproperlybutanitemisnotacceptedbythesystem,reasonscaninclude:
•Thetagisunreadable(worn,dirty,etc.)
•TheitembarcodeorRFIDinformationisnotknownbythelibrarycirculationsystem.
•Theitemisdefinedasasetbutisincomplete.
Printerproblems
Iftheprinterisnotprintingreceipts,makesurethattheprinterisreceivingpowerandthatprinterpaperisloadedand
properlyaligned.
•V erifythattheprinterhaspaper.
•V erifythatthepaperisproperlyinstalled.Thepapermustbeinstalledwiththethermalsideupandthreadedfromthe
topoftheroll.
•V erifythattheprinterisinstalledinWindows/Settings/PrinterandFaxes.
•V erifythatthecorrectprinterisselected.
•V erifythattheprintercableandpowerplugsareconnected.
•TryprintingatestpagefromWindows.
