Ifyouknowthatascannerorreaderisfunctioningproperlybutanitemisnotacceptedbythesystem,reasonscaninclude:
Thetagisunreadable(worn,dirty,etc.)
TheitembarcodeorRFIDinformationisnotknownbythelibrarycirculationsystem.
Theitemisdefinedasasetbutisincomplete.
Printerproblems
Iftheprinterisnotprintingreceipts,makesurethattheprinterisreceivingpowerandthatprinterpaperisloadedand
properlyaligned.
V erifythattheprinterhaspaper.
V erifythatthepaperisproperlyinstalled.Thepapermustbeinstalledwiththethermalsideupandthreadedfromthe
topoftheroll.
V erifythattheprinterisinstalledinWindows/Settings/PrinterandFaxes.
V erifythatthecorrectprinterisselected.
V erifythattheprintercableandpowerplugsareconnected.
TryprintingatestpagefromWindows.
