Warranty Policy on 3NLED Lighting
3NLED provides limited warranty under the hereby stated terms and
conditions:
1. Customers who purchase directly from 3NLED.
2. The warranty applies if any of the following occurs:
a) Failure of function with no external factors.
b) Tube flickering
c) Over 30% depreciation of light output compared with initial EXW
lumens.
3. 3NLED liability under the limited warranty
a) Within the warranty period, 3NLED provides free repairing service. If
the certain item can not be repaired, 3NLED will offer the new one for
replacement at no extra cost. In case the model is suspended, 3NLED
will replace the item with similar grade and pricing ones.
b) Within the warranty period, 3NLED bears the shipping cost back and
forth for replacing the defective goods.
4. Exclusions - This warranty does not cover the following:
a) Problems caused by improper operation of the buyer, including
damages of light source and driver caused by unstable current flow.
b) Goods dismantled or modified without approval from 3NLED. Goods
replaced with parts that do not come from 3NLED.
c) Loss of 3NLED's serial number on the LED Lighting.
d) Operation environment temperature exceeds the range of -40 to 50
degree centigrade.
e) Repair work done by unauthorized personnel without 3NLED’s
approval.
f) Force Majeure and other act of God.
5. Warranty period:
a) 3 or 5 years from the EXW date (according to the spec).
6. Verification of defective goods:
Customers have to provide clear evidence to prove that such defects
existing if necessary.
