Field Logistics / Responsibilities:

Maintain channel of communication with the
Customer Project Manager
Plan the actions of those involved in the project
under his responsibility

Installer
Be present for the scheduled installation
Wait as CIT Company withdraws cash from
ATMs
Wait as ATM technician prepares the ATM
and installs the Note-Stop option (if
appropriate)
Install the Octopus System and set
appropriate configuration options
Install CSUs in all cassettes
Test & verify proper system operation
Notify the customer representative that the
installation is completed
Complete an Installation Report
CIT (cash replenishing) Company
Be present for the scheduled installation
Withdraw cash / cassettes from the ATM
Release the electronic lock (if appropriate)
Replenish money in the ATM when installation
is complete
ATM Technician
Be present for the scheduled installation
Prepare the ATM (or remove dispenser
module) as required
Perform a connection to the Note-Stop circuit
(if appropriate)
Reassemble and verify ATM operation on
completion
Customer representative
Be present for the scheduled installation
Coordinate with the Customer Project Manager
as needed
Assume responsible for the ATM
Provide necessary conditions for installation
