3.3 Confirm/Change the IP Address assigned to your VISIX IP camera
After clicking Detect Online Devices/ Change IP Address on the main page you will be
taken to the Online Devices window.
To select a device, simply click on the desired device in the generated menu under the
Select Online Devices area.
To change an IP Address for any of your VISIX cameras from the Detect Online Devices
window, click on the Change IP Address button. Notice the fields under the Configure
IP Address area will un-grey to allow for manual editing of camera IP addresses as well
as other settings(highlighted below.)
From here you can view and change:
IP Address
Subnet Mask
Password
Device Port
Most of this information is pre-populated by your system.
It is important that you click on Save IP Address after you view/change any of your
settings.
Now click on OK to confirm that your settings have been saved.
Click on Next to view additional settings for your cameras. This will bring you back to
the main screen pictured in Section 3.2 Detecting Cameras with the VISIX IP
Setup Utility from which you can access basic and advanced camera options.
