 Use faults and solutions

1) The internal rechargeable battery is low, unable to know, and the controller

battery is dead.

Please confirm if the host product open button has been pressed.

2) Can’t charge

Please check if the USB cable and the host and phone power adapter are

normal.

3) Is the massage time too long?

It is recommended to take 15 minutes at a time, twice a day.

4) Have a severe tingling sensation

Is the skin allergic to the electrode sheets? Use it when the weather is cold

and the skin is dry and wet with a wet towel.

5) The electrode pads are considered as one type BF applied part. When the

device fails, the temperature of electrode may reach 58 °C at ambient

temperature of 25 °C. If you feel too hot, stop using.
