8.8 Obligations of
A.O. Smith
A.O. Smith grants no other warranty or guarantee over its pump stations nor the (assemblies
or parts of) pump stations supplied for replacement, other than the warranty expressly set
out in this Certificate. Under the terms of the supplied warranty, A.O. Smith is not liable for
damage to persons or property caused by (assemblies or parts of) a (replacement) pump
station that it has supplied.
