4.1 FLUSHING AND FILLING THE SOLAR CIRCUIT
The ll and drain valves required to ush and ll are integrated in the station. Make sure not to
wash dirt particles that may be present in the solar system into the expansion tank. Disconnect
the expansion tank from the solar circuit during ushing and lling, if necessary, and only use ush
and ll stations with ne lters.
Note:
The system must be clean and free of air and contaminants to ensure the perfect
functioning of the system. Therefore, we recommend installing a vent valve.
Connection of the ll station
The solar circuit is ushed in ow direction.
8. Disconnect the expansion tank from the solar
thermal system.
9. Take the non return valve in the ball valve [4]
out of operation (45°).
10. Close the ow restrictor [6] below the pump
(horizontal position).
This guarantees that the dirt particles that may be
still present will be washed out of the system and
will not access the circuit again.

11. Connect the ll station to the solar pump
station:
- Pressure hose to the ll valve [5]
- Flush hose to the drain valve [7]
12. Open the ll and drain valves [5 and 7]
