Filling the solar circuit
non return valve is operating,
ow only in ow direction.
1. Put the ush and ll station into operation.
2. Flush the solar system for at least 15
minutes.
Open the ow restrictor [6] below the pump
(vertical position) several times for some
seconds in order to eliminate also the air in
the pump section.
3. Close the drain valve [7] with the lling pump
running and increase the system pressure to
approx. 5 bars. The system pressure can be
read on the manometer.

6. Close the ll valve [5] and switch off the pump
of the ush and ll station.
7. Check the manometer to see whether the
system pressure reduces and eliminate leaks
where necessary.
8. Reduce the pressure on the drain valve [7] to
the system-specic pressure.
9. Connect the expansion tank to the solar
circuit and set the operating pressure of
the solar system by means of the ush and
ll station (see instructions regarding the
expansion tank).
10. Close the ll and drain valves [5|7] and open
the ow restrictor [6].
11. Put the check valve in the return into
operating position by turning the ball valve to
position 0º.
