0310995(S) Vervanging terugslagklep bij de AOSmith Upsilon UB-Serie
Replacement of the non return valve of the AOSmith Upsilon UB-Series
A. 1. Draai de gaskraan dicht
2. Maak de ketel spanningsloos
3. Neem de mantel weg
4. Demonteer de ontstekingsunit met
een kruiskopschroevendraaier
B. 5. Trek de ontstekingsunit van de gas-
klep
C. 6. Draai de wartel van de gasblokkop-
peling onder het gasblok los met
een steeksleutel
D. 7. Trek de stekkers van de ventilator
E. 8. Draai met een steeksleutel 8mm
de bovenste bout van de ventilator-
ens los
F. 9. Draai met een dop/kruksleutel 8mm
de onderste bout van de ventilator-
ens er uit
G.10. Neem de ventilator met gasblok
weg van de bovenbak en demper
H.11. Vervang de terugslagklep in de bo-
venbak door een nieuwe.
12. Plaats de terugslagklep voorzich-
tig in de opening van de bovenbak
(doorzichtig klepje naar binnen)
Plaats een nieuwe zwarte afdich-
ting 0310812(S) voor HEX2 en
0311435(S) voor HEX4.
Zorg dat de afdichting geheel de
omtrek van het klepje afsluit.
13. Monteer alles weer terug in omge-
keerde volgorde.
Plaats een nieuwe afdichting in
de gasblokkoppeling.
Schakel de spanning weer in en
open de gaskraan.

A. 1. Close the gas supply
2. Switch off the power supply
3. Take off the boiler cover
4. Unscrew the ignition unit wit a cross
head screw driver
B. 5. Pull the ignition unit from the gas
valve
C. 6. Unscrew the tting below the ges
valve with a spanner
D. 7. Pull the electrical connectors from
the fan
E. 8. Loosen the upper bolt from the fan
ange with an 8mm spanner
F. 9. Unscrew the lower bolt from the fan
ange with an 8mm socket
G.10. Take out the fan from top part of the
heat exchanger and silencer
H.11. Place a new non return valve in the
top part of the heat exchanger
12. Put the non-return valve careful-
ly in the opening of the top part
(transparant part to the inside).
Place a new black gasket
0310812(S) for HEX2 and
0311435(S) for HEX4.
Take care that the seal is comple-
tely around the valve.
13. Replace all parts in reverse order.
Place a new seal in the t-
ting below the gas valve.
Switch on the power supply and
open the gas supply.
