2.9 Connectors

2.9.1 Rear panel connectors

1. PS/2 keyboard/mouse port (purple/green). This port is for a PS/2 keyboard

or mouse.

2. Serial ports (COM1 / COM2). These ports connect a modem, or other

devices that conform with serial specication.

3. Video Graphics Adapter (VGA) port. This 15-pin port is for a VGA monitor

or other VGA-compatible devices.

NOTE: If you use VGA port only, please disable LVDS function. Refer to

section 3.4.1 SystemAgent(SA)Conguration for details.

4. LAN1 (RJ-45) port. These ports allow Gigabit connection to a Local Area

Network (LAN) through a network hub. Refer to the table below for the LAN1/

LAN2 ports LED indications.
