Functions for special situations
This section explains the different options provided by your phone to deal with
special situations.
All the functions you can save under a configurable key can be found in chapter
"Function selection overview", page 46.
Take (pick up own call)
You want to transfer a call from one phone to another without interrupting the con-
nection (for example, from a desk phone to a cordless phone).
The take function can be used to transfer calls between your phones.
Requirement: They are within the one number user concept (see chapter "Purpose
and function", page 66).
This function must be stored under a function key (see chapter "Configuring keys",
page 64).
Menu
Press the function key for Menu.
Voice mail
Scroll to Voice mail and press the navigation key to the right.
The list of received voice messages is displayed.
Listen
Play voice message:
1. Select the entry you want and press the Execute softkey.
2. Play the entry with the Listen > Run softkey.
Detail
Calling up detailed information on a voice message:
1. Select the entry you want and press the Execute softkey.
2. Call up detailed information with the Detail > Run softkey.
Delete
Delete voice message:
1. Select the entry you want and press the Execute softkey.
2. Delete the entry with the Delete > Run softkey.
Forward
Forwarding voice messages:
1. Select the entry you want and press the Execute softkey.
2. Press the Forward > Execute softkey.
3. Select the call number you want and press the Execute softkey.
4. If you wish to keep a copy of the voice message, answer the questions with
the End > Yes softkey.
