Operation of the presence settings is available via the system menu, a function key

(see chapter "Configuring keys", page 64) or the Aastra Self Service Portal (see chapter

"Aastra Self Service Portal", page 7).

Press the function key for Menu.

Presence

Scroll to Presence and press the navigation key to the right.

Modify

To change the presence profile:

1. Select the presence profile you want and press the Execute softkey.

2. Press the Modify > Execute softkey.

3. Select the setting you want and press the Enter softkey.

4. Make the changes and confirm with the Execute softkey.

Note:

After you have changed and saved the active presence profile you have to tem-

porarily select another presence profile and then reactivate the presence pro-

file you want in order to have the settings applied.
