the MX-ONE system, to the Calendar system (Exchange) and the direc-
tory server (CMG) and the BluStar end-points it can secure availability to
the same set of directory and presence services independently of the
type of BluStar device being used.
For video and audio communication the BluStar clients are registered as
Aastra SIP end-points to the MX-ONE system, supported by the
MX-ONE managers. The client’s support direct media towards the other
SIP end-points and uses the MX-ONE gateways for connection to other
internal or public terminals.
Via the BluStar 8000i terminal, or via the BluStar for Conference Room
system, 3-party video conferencing is supported. 4-party conferencing is
supported between any combination of BluStar 8000i and BluStar for
Conference Room end-points. As the video conferencing is managed by
the BluStar 8000i or the BluStar for Conference Room no extra/external
conferencing HW is needed.

Aastra Mobile Client (AMC) integrates with the BluStar Server for harmo-
nized presence and directory information.
5.3.2 OneBox
OneBox, also know as MX-ONE Messaging consists of features for
voice mail and fax mail. OneBox provides capabilities to store and
retrieve voice mail, e-mail, and fax.
OneBox also supports an interface allowing client applications, such as
the Manager Provisioning, to create voice mailboxes on OneBox.
The operating system for OneBox is Windows Server 2008 R2.
