Bandwidth Manager Information
This subsection of the Tools interface is used for server debugging. While it is not possible to change any settings from this
page, it should only be used with the assistance of a technical representative.
Clearing Stale Calls
Occasionally the Bandwidth Manager may maintain stale calls even though the call has been completed. Stale calls appear
in the Call Detail Information table even though the table of links at the top of the Bandwidth Manager Information page
is empty. Press Remove Stale Calls to clear the calls.
Bandwidth Manager Statistics
This subsection of the Tools interface is used for server debugging. While it is not possible to change any settings from this
page, it should only be used with the assistance of a technical representative
Groups
This subsection of the Tools interface is used for debugging groups. The HAS_MEMBER area of this page provides a pull-
down menu of all of the various groups (both default groups and those defined by the administrator) categories, roles,
and users configured on the server. Selecting an item from this list allows the Groups listing to be filtered accordingly.
While it is not possible to change any settings from this page, it should only be used with the assistance of a technical rep-
resentative.
Presence Agent Stats
This subsection of the Tools interface is used for server debugging. While it is not possible to change any settings from this
page, it should only be used with the assistance of a technical representative.
Clustering Stats
This subsection of the Tools interfaces provides information on the outbound and Inbound BAS connections established
in Services :: Clustering. While it is not possible to change any settings from this page, it should only be used with the
assistance of a technical representative.
