It is possible to tie the extension cord and power cord in a knot to prevent them from becoming disconnected during use. Make the knot as shown, then connect the plug end of the power cord into the receptacle end of the extension cord. This method can also be used to tie two extension cords together. Guard assembly Warning! Never use the product without the guard properly fitted. 1. Align and place the guard onto the trimmer head. 2. Secure the connection with the screws. 3. OPERATION Securing the extension cord 1. Make a loop with the extension cord. 2. Insert the loop through the hole on the safeguard.
Starting and Stopping 1. To switch on the trimmer, press and hold the On/off switch. Release the switch to stop. Line feeding During use, the tip of the trimming line will get shorter due to wear. Regularly check the condition of the trimming line and adjust if necessary. The trimming spool is equipped with a bumper helping to feed the trimming line while operating.
