There is no WiFi Do a check of the WiFi signal
strength at the site.
There is no 3G/4G connec-
tivity
1. Do a check of the Nano-SIM
card connections.
2. Do a check of the 3G/4G sig-
nal strength at the site.
The EV is not charg-
ed
There is a problem with
the EVSE
1. Make sure that the power
supply to the EVSE is on.
2. Examine the EVSE to find if is
working correctly.
3. Examine the mobile app and
the charge LED to make sure
that the charging session is
authorized.
4. Start the charging session.
