Legend:
1. Drive wheel: This component has electric drive with a rechargeable lithium battery, and is centrally
installed and plastic. The electric drive enables individual driving on the track.
2. On/Off switch: This component is located at the rear of the CAR, and powers on and powers off the
CAR. CARs are switched on only during installation.
NOTE: The on/off switch can be damaged due to inappropriate handling. To avoid component
damage, only move the on/off switch if necessary.
3. Name plate: The name plate is located inside the module and is visible when the module cover is
open.
4. Charging contacts: These components are located on the bottom of the CAR and are used to charge
the rechargeable lithium battery of the electric drive.
5. Guiding pin: This component keeps the CAR in the guiding slot of the lane elements.
6. Sliders: These components push the CAR over the track.
7. Front underseal: This component contains the sliders, guiding pin, and permanent magnet, and is
replaceable.
8. Drive operation sensor: This component receives signals from the active lane elements, which may
include the following signals: Start, Stop, Curve, and Speed.
