103 Fluidics read error.
Probable cause: The Microcontroller, SPI, SPI Bus, EEPROM, or ADC is bad.
Corrective action:
1. Select End Case.
2. Select Shutdown.
3. Select Yes and wait for the system to power off.
4. Start up the system.
5. If the error does not clear or if the error continues to occur, document the error
message and contact AMO for technical service.
110 Fluidics RAM error.
Probable cause: Bad Microcontroller.
Corrective action:
1. Select End Case.
2. Select Shutdown.
3. Select Yes and wait for the system to power off.
4. Start up the system.
5. If the error does not clear or if the error continues to occur, document the error
message and contact AMO for technical service.
111 Fluidics ROM error.
Probable cause: Bad Microcontroller.
Corrective action:
1. Select End Case.
2. Select Shutdown.
