202 Phaco power error.
Probable cause: Hardware failure.
Corrective action:
1. Check the handpiece connections.
2. Retune the handpiece.
3. If the error does not clear, select End Case.
4. Select Shutdown.
5. Select Yes and wait for the system to power off.
6. Start up the system.
7. Retune the handpiece.
8. If the error still does not clear, replace the handpiece with a new handpiece and
tune the handpiece.
9. If the error still does not clear or if the error continues to occur, document the
error message and contact AMO for technical service.
203 Phaco handpiece error.
Probable cause: The handpiece is bad.
Corrective action:
1. Check the handpiece connections.
2. Retune the handpiece.
3. If the error does not clear, select End Case.
4. Select Shutdown.
5. Select Yes and wait for the system to power off.
6. Start up the system.
7. Retune the handpiece.
8. If the error still does not clear, replace the handpiece with a new handpiece and
tune the handpiece.
9. If the error still does not clear or if the error continues to occur, document the
error message and contact AMO for technical service.
