word password.
Self-registration of users through the web interface
This method of adding users applies when a large number of users are remote operators (e.g. working through a web-based in-
terface) and do not belong to the domain where the Application Server is installed. To use this method, the Authentication
Module feature must be installed.
To enable operators outside of the domain where the Application Server is installed to be authenticated on the Application
Server, it is recommended to use FlexiCapture authentication. For this, the Authentication Module feature must be installed.
New users can self-register in the system through the web-interface following the Registration link on the http://<server
name>/Login page.
Note: For the web-application http://<server name>/Login, anonymous authentication is enabled in IIS settings, so the regis-
tration page can be accessed by any user.
After filling in the registration form and clicking Sign up, the user will be added to the system and redirected to the personal
page.
Clicking on the Create Request link, the user can create a request for access rights and roles.
